Trump blames synagogue for not being armed against the shooter

...suggests churches, synagogues should have armed guards (MSNBC, Trump speaking before boarding helicopter).

That's basically the substance of his remarks about the shooting.

We don't have a president. We have a carnival barker.

Trump's also a vicious psychopath with an enormous capacity for actual harm. His critics and political opponents are at demonstrable risk of being publicly targeted by the president and victimized by his followers.
