that Avenatti has put on Michael Cohen and the MAGAt in chief...I would recommend that he bring something productive to the fore at this point. He is risking whatever political capital he might have had. The FBI is not going to investigate his client’s claims. Nor is anybody listening when we are under attack by the MAGAts.

I hate saying it. I don’t intend to diminish her claims because I believe her. If the MAGAt has to be the one who sets an FBI investigation in motion...it won’t happen until we have another president.

Grassley thinks she is lying and that Avenatti is lying so he is saying bring it on. He wants it, because he know Kavanaugh will have to be deposed. Grassley stepped in it.

pretty much everything Cohen is in the shit about has nothing to do with Avenatti or Stormys case. 1 has been tossed, his appeal will be denied, the rest of it will face an equal demise.

for Cohen being raided by the FBI and eventually charged with and pleading guilty to various federal crimes. This is not accurate. Cohen was under investigation by the feds ever since his name turned up in the Steele dossier, which was months before the Daniels case was filed.

That's what Grassley is really thinking about---all those Kav supporters and those who are on the fence about believing Dr. Ford.

Makes the GOP look very confident about the credibility of Kav. Gives FOX its evening headlines. Their eyes are all on the Election.

Avenatti has no choice but fight back, even if it comes to no actual investigation. Silence would condemn him and Dr.Ford.

I hope that if the Democrats take over the House one of the first things they do is open an investigation on this entire Kavanaugh alleged rape situation.

After a stolen Supreme Court seat, and a non-investigation of another, and hundreds of judges rammed through, we as a party should not let this go. Avenatti sees things 20/20, and I hope he continues to run with it.

Avenatti who punch back, harder and with clear, common, unambiguous language and effect. I applaud Avenatti for calling Grassley’s bluff. The man has chutzpah. He is an asset to our cause.
