I've felt sickened and disgusted pretty much every waking moment of the last two years.

Some days, like today, those feelings are exacerbated. On others, usually when I'm with friends and family, it's not as bad. But it never really goes away.

Anyone else? That pendulum really needs to hurry up.

You are certainly not alone. Lots of us feel a big knot of dread in the pit of our stomach. But this depravity that has gripped our nation will NOT last forever! Nothing lasts forever. Eventually we will show the depraved Hater-in-Chief out the door. I know that millions of people yearn desparately for political leadership that is decent, moral, sane, inspiring, thoughtful, and effective. We yearn for an end to the chaos that assaults us everyday. And so we shall have it. But it will be a struggle.

In these degenerate times, the burden is on us to be the heros that create better tomorrows. We begin first by cleansing hatred from our own hearts. Everyday, we can be a ray of sunshine to those around us. You'd be surprised how strong is the effect of just a few kind words to someone, who is in the midst of depression and anxiety over all of Trump's ill effects.

Mueller will bring down Trump. Once you cut off the head of extremism the followers crawl back under the rocks from which they came from.

The only way to get rid of this dark cloud is to keep fighting, registering, donating, canvassing, voting whatever one can do. Mueller may not be enough to get rid of this stain on our country. Each individual needs to come to the aid of their country.

Wearing good people down is their goal.

Do you have a copy of Yale Holocaust historian Timothy Snyder's slim book "On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons From The Twentieth Century"? It's only $7.95. It helps us understand exactly what is happening and helps us see how to react; what to do, how to be.

I highly recommend it.

I still wake each day wondering how it's possible that he was elected and disgusted at the sight of his face on my TV.

Beyond him, I cannot come to grips with the thinking of his followers, and simply do not understand how their collective minds work.

Disgusting...all of them.
