It is like Trump wants his base aggrieved about the 'caravan' and right wing terrorism against the Democratic leadership stopping his 'caravan 'narrative, but wants them happy only in Trump or GOP sanctioned events before the speech when they bond with each other. They are mice in a maze to him. So Goeb....i mean Stephen Miller of them.
