Hate Crime or Terrorism? What is the proper charge for the MAGAbomber? Or today's mass murder?

Malcolm Nance has been saying these ought to be terrorism crimes.

I agree.

I see hate crime as less than terrorism. That isn't speaking to penalties. It is speaking to the reality of the crimes.

What are your thoughts?

Both types of crimes could be charged under federal law, at least based on what information is currently available.

I don't offhand if Pennsylvania has a terrorism or hate crime section specifically, but undoubtedly multiple murder, special circumstances, etc.

simply because democrats are not a defined group. I think terrorism is the proper charge along with multiple felony counts for each bomb mailed and consecutive sentences...
