What exactly has he done? The economy, although doing well, is not really his economy. In addition, many have pointed out that the economy seems to be slower and slowing under him than under President Obama. Although Trump and his supporter claim that Trump's GDP numbers are so great, it has been pointed out that there were numerous quarters in which GDP growth was better under President Obama than in Trump's best quarter. He was able to get his tax cuts through, but they have done little to help the economy and in the process proved just about everything the Democrats said about the tax cuts right. Also, he had a Republican Congress and was hardly able to pass any legislation. You have to be a really horrible President in order to not be able to get legislation passed when your party controls both houses of Congress. I do believe it has been pointed out that just about every President other than Donald Trump was able to get more done in his first 100 days.

A President named Bill Smith, who was viewed as a serious President would have been treated far worse than Donald Trump has been treated. The media has gone soft on Donald Trump. Trump is a man who is barely doing his job. He barely participates in daily intelligence briefings, he orders actions, but does not oversea the actions once they are set to occur, and he takes no responsibility when things have the wrong results. If his name were not Donald Trump and the media held him to the standard of previous Presidents they would likely be calling for him to resign or be impeached for not doing his job properly.
