There's no option for voting a straight ticket, but I only chose those with D's behind their names. My husband was nice enough to do the research about judges and most were appointed by repugs and rule rw, so we voted no on every judge but one who's a holdover. Give Gillum a chance to appoint much better judges!

I had to vote for each individually.

And I donated to Gillum's campaign...I want him to crush DeSantis.

I'm also praying and working hard to keep Nelson in the Senate. Just agreed today to do poll watching on election day. I sure hope the crazies don't pick my precinct to act out in, but if so, I'll deal by calling the democratic election attorneys help line. Everything has been peaceful so far here in Jax., hope it continues that way.

Hope that other Dems did research on the Judge retentions, like your husband did. I did the research and voted No on both Scott appointees.

I vote straight D except when it comes to the school board. I was a teacher and know more about them than most people and sometimes it comes down to "Are any of them good?" or "Which one isn't as bad as the others". It IS that bad at the public education level.

For those who’ve been asking, the Lake San Marcos Democratic Club has made a list of judges, based partly on the political party of the Governor who nominated them.

Associate Justices of the Supreme Court

Leondra Kruger – YES

Associate Justices of the Court of Appeal

Joan Irion – YES
Judith Haller – NO
Richard Huffman – NO
Patricia Benke – NO
Cynthia Aaron – YES
William Dato – YES
Patricia Guerrero – YES
Douglas Miller – NO

I used https://judgevoterguide.com/ which is the conservative guide to judges and voted the opposite of their recommendations since I couldn't find a liberal list for my county.
