Trump suggests [again] Jews might secretly be committing anti-Semitic hate crimes on themselves

Donald Trump suggests Jews might secretly be committing anti-Semitic hate crimes on themselves so he looks bad

After days in which he refused to comment on a spate of anti-Semitic attacks, Mr Trump broke his silence to repeat an neo-Nazi conspiracy theory that has claimed that the attacks are "false flags". Supporters of that belief – who include leader of the Ku Klux Klan, David Duke – believe that such attacks are being perpetrated by Jewish people in order to undermine the White House.

Pennsylvania's Attorney General, Josh Shapiro, said that he had spoken to the President about a wave of threats to Jewish community centres. And Mr Trump said that they had been designed to make "others look bad".

He said he asked Trump at the meeting about how states and the federal government could better collaborate against the threats.

He says Mr Trump responded by calling the threats "reprehensible, but then added that, "sometimes it's the reverse, to make people or to make others look bad." Mr Shapiro said that he had repeated the word "reverse" a number of times, stressing that the attacks might be perpetuated by Jewish people....

I think that his recent tweet reiterates ingrained anti-semetic feelings.

I'm not sure the tweet from last night is suggesting that the Jewish people committed the shooting themselves, but I understand your point (and am disgusting with how he makes everything about himself).

Democrats sent themselves the bombs . . . .

This man has absolutely no good in his heart.

Nostradamus prediction that an anti-Christ would emerge in the 21 century, I would say it's shithole. He is plain evil while so called Christians think he was gawd sent.

The anti-Christ would be a polished and sophisticated leader who actually does good things and brings about peace and prosperity. The problem with the anti-Christ in religious tradition is that rather than leading people to Christ through his actions, he begins to take credit and lead people away from Christ. People see that the AC is providing for them and turn away. The AC starts asking for more and more obedience and then starts persecuting any remaining followers of Christ.

Trump fits none of the attributes of the AC. He is stupid, crude, and other than the small but very loud group of followers, he isn't convincing anyone else.

As you said in your last sentence "so-called" Christians think he is great. The type of evangelicals that are supporting Trump are also a small minority of the Christian population in the US. Remember that somewhere around 75% of Americans identify as Christian and Tump's base only represents about 25% to 27% of the population.
