Pence bringing a Messianic Jew to Pittsburgh was insensitive and purposeful.

The fact he did it in the aftermath of a shooting in a synagogue where worshipers were slain makes it abominable.

...or this was a deliberate statement by him--waving his Christian Dominionism in the face of America's Jews. I don't know which possibility is more alarming...

he isn't called "Mike Dense" for nothing. Either way, it was spectacularly disrespectful - unforgivably insensitive at best and intentionally anti-Semitic at worst. I hope he apologizes but I don't expect he will.

I have a beloved cousin who is -- believe it or not -- one of these xtian "rabbis." in Israel. I presume his "mission" is to convert a bunch of the 144,000 Jews who will be saved when Jesus jumps out of Mount Megido and sends the rest of us to hell after the battle of Armageddon. They are all in on Dominionism, talith and torah or not.
