U.S. Army troops, part of “Operation Faithful Patriot” arrived to the U.S. border with Mexico, deployed by President Trump ahead of midterms. Soldiers spread out barbed wire along the Rio Grande in south Texas. #immigration #border #caravanamigrante #undocumented #army

Not to disparage the Guardsmen. Every time you see something bad happened like weather, Guardsmen are away from there families.

This is a great strategy, taking pics of where the wire is going up, which will absolutely NEVER cover the whole border ... not like a single person in the caravan will possibly hear of where it is, and simple tell everyone else ... hey, lets not go there!

Roughly a 100x better strategy (you know, if there were any ACTUAL POINT, beyond red meat for the Trumpanzees) would be to wait until the caravan was, I dunno ... 40 miles away ... and then start putting up this wire.

But then, they won't be that close for WEEKS, so ... obviously ...

The Army says less than 20% of the caravan will make it to the US border.
