Wait... we have had ONE Depression, right? And this is our WORST recession, thanks to Bush. So what is the point of their story???

It was not a Depression Bush caused, but it was darn close, closer than ANY recession we've had... so DUH, of COURSE it would take longer. Really really stupid.

Pretty much calls it as it is. It doesn't blame Obama but does talk about the impasse and lack of new stimulus money. Also talks about government layoffs.
It is the worst recovery and use could use the article to lay the blame at the republicans feet.

THAT is the story... One can post a truthful and reasonable story in normal sized font off the front page, but the truth is that that devastating headline and photo have already provided the message. The text will be ignored. This is the worst kind of sensationalistic "journalism" (yeah, I know it is Huffpo, but still).... Damned ugly.

Fanbois: Just because the news is negative for your favourite, doesn't mean that the bearer of the news "sold out".

Typical tactic when people have no facts or ideas but don't like the message: shoot the messenger.

Trying to sweep reality under the carpet is a Republican / Right wing / Tea Party / Religious Fundamentalist tactic. Doesn't work here.

AND, we doing better than many other countries, AND I would rather have 100,000+ jobs per month rather than losing 700,000 a month as we were under Bush. AND, it would be nice if the RePUKElicans didn't block every single effort to help the jobs situation, just so they can further enrich their already-rich corporate masters.

...and the two guys running on a radical agenda this time are Romney and Ryan. Ironic that they are considered "conservatives", but I suppose that never was a moniker with much substance to it.

and we are still chugging along at the same 1-2% growth rate. Its not setting any speed records, but it sure beats crashing and burning (which is what radical social engineers tend to do to economies).

equating the Joe Soptic ad, (which he honestly retells the story of how Bain closed down his livelihood and what happened after that) to Romney's biggest dumbshit LIE about Welfare reform.

Go ahead and try to be critical of her on HuffPo. Even if you dress that criticism up with nice smelling flowers, they won't post it. She's voting for Romnuts.

I was married to a Republican politician daaahhling. I have to post my obligatory occasional negative Obama headline in BOLD LETTERS at least once a week daaahhling or more often if it's that time of the month daaahhling . Her face looked a little rough this morning on my new plasma HDTV. Wall to Arianna, "nice to meet you daaahhling".OOHHHHHH!!!!!! Gee, it was the slowest recovery since the depression daaahhling according to her latest obligatory occasional negative Obama headline. Maybe that means it was the worst recession since the depression which started before Obama was sworn in? But no matter, I love my obligatory occasional negative Obama headline every once in a while, daaahhling. You see daaahhling I've still got a little republican in me daaahhling. Come to think of it, I wish I had a little republican in me right now daaahhling, but enough about my former husband daaahhling. Rim Shot.
