Right now there are still 4.8 million ballots not counted yet in California....

I’ve played this California waiting game before!

The next Orange County results update is in a few hours: https://www.ocvote.com/fileadmin/live/gen2018/results.htm

The state site will likely lag behind in accounting for the county update. The 39th district is also in LA county.
