Did just hear that correctly?

That Lawrence O/Donnell just said that tRUMP has been indicted as a co-conspirator in the Cohen guilty plea?

unindicted is what I went to say...so I did hear it correctly. Isn't that one thing what helped bring Nixon down?

guilty plea at court.

Cohen admitted that he committed a crime at the behest of Trump (although Trump wasn't actually named by name) and the fact that a guilty plea was entered means that Trump is a co-conspirator but not yet indicted.
