They think this is what a "real man" is like. They also have a recurring fantasy that he worked his way up from poverty to being a billionaire. I have known some people who struggled from poverty to wealth. Some of them are like this, having fought through a lot of pain and struggle to finally achieve a huge goal. I don't understand why these people are not outraged by Trump, as he appropriates the respect that is due to them but not him.
