The Reports: High Crimes and Misdemeanors and what will truly be decided.

Soon, Mueller will hand down more indictments. How many and who will tell us a lot about how large and severe the crimes committed are.

Mueller and the southern district will then present their reports to the House which is now controlled by the Democrats. If the reports prove Trump committed serious High Crimes and Misdemeanors, it is their constitutional duty to put forth articles of impeachment. The House does not convict. The senate decides what to convict.

Trumps conduct and the crimes he has committed are the definition of High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Here are some examples:

Unbecoming conduct, bribery, dereliction of duty, perjury of oath, tax evasion, intimidation, election fraud, conspiracy, abuse of authority, obstruction of justice, lying to the American people, etc.

The American people may not get to see the reports but they will learn, be told what Trump has done. The Republicans in the Senate will have a very tough decision to make when the House presents articles of impeachment with solid evidence to back it up.

If they decide to convict, Trump is removed and the constitution remains. If they choose not to convict Trump, Trump stays and the constitution is removed. Thats what I believe will be decided in the end. What will remain, Trump or the constitution.
