He'd entered office promising to repeal the ACA and replace it with a program with much better coverages and much cheaper. But we know he likes to hurt people he has power over, because he can. And he can. I'm assuming, because he's viciously resentful and punitive, that he's also punishing them and everyone else often when he's angry with "his people" not being as loyal and fearful as he demands.

All that's on top of screwing them over because his interests are very different from theirs.

He has all of the personal and political qualities for that role. He is widely respected, has experience in many governmental roles, he holds the demeanor of a leader, speaks wisdom, he does not trash talk anyone, he's made clear he wants to work with all groups, and he's about the right age...whatever that is. JMO.
