Why are people freaking about Florida? CA and other states are also still counting votes

and no one is freaking out about them.

Why?

Er, perhaps because the governors of these other states aren’t accusing nefarious forces of trying to steal the election. Could that be it?

1. Because California counts all their votes, including provisional and absentee ballots. That is why

the final results for California are always late.

They also give a lot of options for ways people can vote, and anyone who votes absentee can check to see if their vote has been counted, or any reason it was rejected

but real concern/urgency MAYBE because a Florida Senate seat is on the line.

And they are desperate to shut down the voting and just go with the early vote totals because it is well established that early voters skew Republican. The later voters skew Democratic. That is the way it is in CA too. A number of races have flipped to the Democrat as votes continue to be counted here in CA.

Ballot designs. Broken machines. You can set your watch to it. The reputation is well deserved. Florida’s elections are A bi-partisan national joke at this point.
