The biggest barrier to any kind of growth in this country is the MSM. They

prey on the uninformed and the gullible to make rather than to report the news. Some of the most egregious offenders are pseudo journalist like Candy Crowley, David Gregory to name a few. They will take what they know to be a lie and stretch it into weeks of useless reporting. Andrea Greenspan is another who just smiles at lies and nods her head. Do they have a meeting before broadcasting and decide which lie will ride for the day? Does field work include anything outside of a computer and an iphone? Are the analyst they bring in compensated for taking a pre-determined point of view? Watching them msm suck up the lies of Rmoney and Ryan about their positions on medicare is disgusting. They have made more money chasing lies than MItt has in offshore accounts. Just collecting my thoughts.

The media is so devoid of analysis and so afraid that they won't get future interviews if they ask tough questions---that they don't much both to do either, except in very limited circumstances.

While the MSM molds the opinion of some portion, large or small, of the public, it is the leaders of both the corporate and government sector who have the power and the ability to block any sort of growth in this country.

Which is more of a problem, Rush Limbaugh expressing some outrageous opinion, or a corporation purchasing government influence?

purchase government for their own purposes. You'd be shocked at those of wealth who think Rush is the second coming and dare not object to him.

Rush is the mouthpiece of the the powerbrokers, not the one who sets the agenda himself. If you take Rush away, the ongoing assault in this country would continue unabated. However if you were to take away the corporate powerbrokers, that assault would be halted in a second.
