So we found ourselves in the worst condition since reconstruction and you thought.....?

Leaders are never responsible?

It is unarguable that the democratic party found itself in the worse condition since reconstruction. That didn't happen overnight. A legitimate question is how much did the party leadership, including Pelosi, have to do with that condition?

Find itself in the worst condition since reconstruction? After losing 63 seats in ‘10 or when Trump won. I would also argue it is a bad analogy to compare the Democratic Party post reconstruction to today’s party since most of those southern Democrats would be republicans today. If you’re going in to blame Pelosi for loses, in either case, the you have to credit her for the wins since she has maintained her leadership status.

Truth is, the worst effects are the state level seats. Yes, Trump and our minority status in the congress is also an indication, none the less it is hard to find a measure that prior to the 2018 election, either at the state, local, or federal level says that the democratic ideals are "winning".

The corporate M$M wants the name Pelosi to be a negative thought. This narrative is not an issue that I worry about, come January Nancy will be voted in and all of the hand wringing will disappear.
Nancy Pelosi is one of the best Speakers ever, from either party. Talking bad about Pelosi reminds me about when the Boston Red Sox talked bad about Babe Ruth and traded him to the Yankees, I'm sticking with Nancy.
