What are values voters?

GOP voters often describe themselves as values voters.

The unspoken subtext is, of course, that all others have no values.

Are Nazis values voters?

Of course, but their values are violence, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, misogyny, and extreme intolerance.

Are KKK members values voters?

Of course, but we add open racism to the above mentioned list of values.

Are serial rapists values voters?

Of course, but for them, misogyny takes the first chair.

I made this point at a recent demonstration in my area, and one GOP voter accused me of calling all GOP voters racist, sexist, Nazis and KKK members.

I said no, I am not accusing ALL GOP voters of these things, but any GOP voters who vote for such people are, in my view, supporting and enabling that behavior.
