With 100% Reporting:
Rick Santorum 24.6% 29,908 Votes
Mitt Romney 24.5% 29,874 Votes

UPDATE: Santorum seems to still win, but by only 18 votes. When they reach 101% reporting Romney may go ahead:

Rick Santorum 24.5% 29,944 Votes
Mitt Romney 24.5% 29,926 Votes

100% reporting means 100% of the precincts or caucuses, not 100% of the votes, so maybe they are still Adju$ting in the back room.

UPDATE: TPM finally realized their 100% reporting was wrong. Now 95.5% reporting, Santorum by 4 votes

Rick Santorum 24.5% 29,968 Votes
Mitt Romney 24.5% 29,964 Votes

We are waiting on about 100 votes. I now think Romney will probably win. (Booooo!!!)

I saw a thread earlier today where somebody couldn't be convinced that Santorum could still win because, well, Nate said so.

Which is bad news for Mitt. And good news for Obama. And not much for Rick to get excited about. Rick has benefited from being off the political radar. Now that he's come out of far right field to win this, he's going to get a lot more scrutiny. Like his plan to cut the $5 Trillion from the budget. And his religious extremism. The fact that he really had no base of supporters and ended up with the undecideds means he really is a front runner without any solid support.

read this ==> http://talkingpointsmemo.com/archives/2012/01/a_few_takeaways_from_tonights_result.php

"Newt looked tired tonight. He looked all of his 68 years. But through that he’s mad. And Newt Gingrich has a great capacity for anger. He says he’s going to keep fighting for the nomination. And at some level I buy that. But what seemed much more clear is that he has a new goal in this campaign, maybe in life: hurt Mitt Romney. That’s dangerous for Romney. There are more debates coming. Newt’s good at debates. And reporters love drama. That’s hazardous for Romney."

the fact that he might win should give Romney nightmares, it sure does me.
