What are the chances that Trump is the Republican nominee in 2020?

I’m only thinking about political outcomes. I’m not considering anything like illness because it’s impossible to consider that.

Shithead could crash the global economy / start a war.

Fucker could croak between now & then.

Quantitative analysis is worthless at this point.

In a party of alpha male wannabee's, Trump is the alpha-alpha, the icon they all aspire to be. As sick as that sounds, I see it when talking with a few right wing former co-workers.

at him all I see is insecurity, cowardice and weakness. He is such a small, petty, pathetic little man. I suppose the reason he appeals to these people because underneath all their bravado and macho posturing, they are just as weak and insecure as he is.

He nothing more than a shield for them to hide behind.

But in my 63 years, I found that many people lack good judgement, especially those who drink a lot, which is what I see with most Trump supporters. Most meth heads too, are Trump people.

His followers wanted an authoritarian strong man to make things right for them and smash their enemies and got a cowardly, profoundly incompetent twitterer.

Other Republicans wanted to vote for anyone but a Democrat, were given Trump as their choice, and used SCOTUS nominations for an excuse for the inexcusable.

He may have a challenger.

He may not be around.

I won't give it 100%

In 2010, I would have given Obama a 99% chance. Nothing is 100%
