Gasoline should be near $2 a gallon even in high tax states?

Right now it is $1.44 cents a gallon wholesale. Big oil or retailers are making big money off of us right now and have been for a few weeks. Usually 60 cents is added to the wholesale price in my state and retailers are still selling today at $2.57 a gallon. Historically this has been the breakdown where I live.

on cutting production... other members are way pissed at Saudis for cranking up production, thus causing an oversupply and low prices.
