I don't like funerals, and attend only those I must. So, my TV has been off. I haven't seen either of them. I did see some video on the news, and that was enough.
My TV shuts off when I push the power button. Don't they all?

(6,797 posts)Somehow, they are mind-numbingly mesmerizing. I happen on one and cant stop watching. After a while, I realize my life has progressed and I have gained nothing. 😧

(31,261 posts)I thought that I was the only who just turned off something that I don't want to watch. Why complain, turn it off and use the DVD to watch movies.
Guess I am not so special afterall. Well, life moves on.

(30,540 posts)that are easy to change from a funeral to a repeat of a show from the 50's 60's 70's etc and you don't even have to have cable or satellite to get them!

There's no space for George Herbert Walker Bush in our garden. I'm sure people loved him, but not me.
