He took Adderall for a long time and I now believe has moved on to snorting some kind of upper. Also the constant sniffing is a dead give-away. I know I've been there and moved 3000 to get away from this and successfully regain my life.

No man of his age, with his lack of sleep, terrible diet and total lack of exercise, can keep up the pace he's on when he's "up". And then there's the crashes, where he won't leave the White House family residence all day. He's on some kind of junk, that's for sure. Congress should mandate a thorough independent physical and mental examination, including blood screening for drugs. Fat chance of that with the GOP still in charge of the Senate, though.
