The latest is that there may be a new election called. Okay, maybe that's right. But if it is shown that the election was flipped due to the fraud, then might we not be better off - and better see justice served - by simply declaring the Democrat the winner and seating him.
I like that for another reason. If it is shown that Trump and Russia changed the federal election, then we should apply the same remedy.

I know I didn't approve SCOTUS deciding it wasn't necessary to bother counting the vote properly and just announcing Bush II would be president-elect.
Our democracy's on a slippery slope. Gotta haul it back to level ground, not give it another kick. Even if it did elect a Republican in this case.
