Do remember when a Senator by the name of Harkin first hit the scene,another Change Agent for his time period.

We are now seeing the changing of the Guard. Hopefully these new Congressional Members get up to speed and are there to really take the reins in two years.

I posted in the form of a question because I thought it might be controversial.

But reality is: 2016 election brought out unprecedented numbers of women and youth as candidates and winners in 2018.
