Mike Pompeo is doing a great job, I am very proud of him. His predecessor, Rex Tillerson, didn’t have the mental capacity needed. He was dumb as a rock and I couldn’t get rid of him fast enough. He was lazy as hell. Now it is a whole new ballgame, great spirit at State!

They have to first be dumb and blonde and in his eyes cute to get hired. Except for the huckster.

NOTE: I hate to even type that "dumb and blonde" line because I'm a strong supporter of women's rights and proven abilities to do things well. It is just so obvious that when looking for a woman in his administration, twitterrump judges their ability by how they appear of Faux and Fiends. He is such a sleaze.
