But seriously, why does it have to be somebody famous? Cheeto needs a person who really knows how government works, like for example, someone who has done this before. A real, experienced Chief of Staff would be a welcome relief after all this chaos. Stop looking for super-stars and start looking for somebody that's competent and experienced.
