Trump, also an idiot, is tweeting about the fiasco that was his "meeting with Chuck and Nancy" and licking his wounds about his stupid wall. He had to throw in the 150 Billion in Iranian assets that we had frozen for I don't remember how long, and returned to them as a good faith measure with the Iran Nuclear deal.

Summary. The US froze Iranian assets (likely since the hostage crisis in 1979). It was Iranian money invested in US banks. Their money. We returned it to them as part of the Iran Nuclear agreement. Again, their money, we froze it, and now we returned it to them. Trump is complaining about two COMPLETELY unrelated matters because, again, he is an idiot.
