Is Paul Ryan's plan really his ideas

The Ryan plan to me looks like something a shady student does. The student lifts paragraphs from different web sites, merged them together, changes the words around, and turns it in as his/her own work.

Crippling a recovery isn't progress. Simplistic proposals aren't leadership. Obstruction isn't legislative success. It's a failure. Governing is more than the grandstand.

I think he would prefer to just end any kind of entitlements altogether and end any kind of government assistance to poor people including unemployment and food stamps. In the meantime I think he would like to increase government assistance to people who don't need it at all. The plan he claims is his, is um horrible and would devastate the middle class. The one he would prefer would be a death sentence to many poor people and it would devastate the middle class.
