Interesting... Analyst on CNN just said based on the US Marshalls, Flynn Gets Time

She said based on the presence of US Marshalls and their "stance", she expects Flynn to get time.

The presence of U.S. Marshals means that there is a federal courthouse there. There are always U.S. Marshals at the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse.

While Mueller got to stay back and say, "No, we're good. We got what we needed."

It actually works out wonderfully. Mueller gets to play the "good cop" and go easy on people who cooperate (thus incentivizing cooperation), while someone else gets to play the "bad cop" and deal out the punishment they still deserve.

We'll see how it plays out.
