Expected participants include: Rep. Eleanor Holmes-Norton (D-DC), Virginia congressional candidate Wayne Powell (D) and Virginia State Senator George Barker (D).

Representatives from Planned Parenthood, the Alice Paul Institute, the National Council of Women's Organizations and ERA Task Force Alliance, the National Women's Political Caucus, the National Center for Transgender Equality and the American Association of University Women are also expected to speak at the event, among others.
