8. The judge knows Flynn and his lawyers are trying to turn him into their sucker.

Because it would take a sucker to not give prison time to a defendent that has done all the abominable things that Flynn has done. The judge himself said Flynn sold out the American people. How can you say that and not give any prison time? That's a hard bridge to cross for a judge that wants to keep his reputation. No prison time in this case would be a travesty to justice and the judge knows it.

But now on MSN, one guy said that probation should have been a "shoe in" compared to other sentencing (compared to Manafort).
