The judge said TREASON, in case anyone wasn't paying attention

and since cyber war is an act of war, russia declared war on us when they did the hack.

We're at war whether we want it or not.

And this is treason.

Also, not for nothing, but Hillary Clinton REALLY IS the rightful President of the United States.

Commit an act of war , and they committed treason against OUR country, and they should be charged and held fully accountable for the most serious crime that can be committed against this country. They should all received the harshest penalty for their crimes. Especially an illegitimate president.

There are people here trying to bully the framing of what's happened to our country. Like we have to wait for men in powdered wigs launch a formal declaration of a war and it must involve guns. I have no idea where they get this crap, but I'll pass. I take a hard pass at treason

I.e. "You sold your country out."

We've been inferring treason for months, years actually.

But the legal definition of actual chargeable Treason with a capital T, as opposed to treason-like crimes, is a little more illusive. There's an argument that it can be charged as Treason (basically that Russian military intelligence's actions were an act of war) but that's still not quite settled.

(greenhouse gases created by Big Oil, SUV drivers, fun-in-the-sun airplane rides, etc.). There’s a wonderful effort to promote a Green New Deal and everyone here at DU is ignoring it to follow TrumpCo’s corruption stories.

Does anyone else here care that we may only have 10 years to go solar and turn things around?

Just because somebody somewhere said cyber warfare is the same as actual warefare doesn't make it so. Legal concensus is that you actually have to be at war.

"I felt terrible about that," Sullivan says, after the prosecutor notes Flynn's conduct as a foreign agent ended in mid-Nov 2016. "I'm not suggesting he committed treason," Sullivan adds, further apologizing for his remarks in the prior session.
