And they do it particularly to get into everyones good graces. It is what it is.

But regardless the Clinton's have been the cleanest big money politicians ever, for the simple fact that they have been under microscopic scrutiny going all the way back to Whitewater. They've realsed all their tax returns, and their charities have released full transparency reports going back more than a decade. The fact that they are so open is how we know about Saudi's donating and stuff like that.

Should the foundation reject donations from certain individuals or countries? Sure. But what's the point. The money goes to help people.

is that 80% of the money accumulated is actually given out and only 20% is used for administrative costs. That's where a lot of non-profits get scammy, because their administrative costs come in very high and the lesser % is what is given out.

The three of them are the only donors - and they donate 10% of their personal incomes to that foundation, and then decide where they will donate it.

That is how they manage their personal charitable giving.
