That could explain all the distractions today...he wants to get the attention off of his AG pick (who has written biased memos about the investigation). His AG doesn't have to make the report public either.

If so, could they not make it public (officially or unofficially)? If Individual 1 and his gang of thugs can break a zillion laws, surely House Democrats can break one.

As Abramson says, this story has been floated seven times now. No named sources.
As much as I like MSNBC, I have to say that this was irresponsible publishing.
