MSNBC just reported Orrin Hatch just came out against nuclear option. Lamar Alexander did too

McConnell couldn't get enough GOP votes to change the rules, even if he wanted to, and his history on this shows he doesn't want to make this change.

I may be being too trusting, but I don't think McConnell will even consider it.

Blow up the filibuster for a partial funding of a bullshit wall? I can;t see him doing it, given he knows there's a good chance of losing the Senate in 2 years.

We knew this was coming. Same shit, another day. "We are going to break all the rules, smash the good dishes, but we have to reign it in before the D's come, bc, we don't want THEM to do the same." sort of sentiment. We knew it was coming. The next shoe to drop will be the "we dont have money for what the dems want. What's your "pay-for" etc. No more of this crap. We need to take off the gloves and stamp...the...gop...OUT.
