Mark my words. Trump is going to run.

This is the first time we have had a president who has global, private interests and connections around the world. This is the natural outcome of where business has been moving over the last thirty years. He is not going to stick around if there's jail time in his future.

Our president is a flight risk!

Trump begs Putin to let him flee to Russia.

Putin strings Trump along as long as he can--just to toy with his head--before agreeing.

The terms are that Trump has to go where Putin sends him.

Bottom line is that Putin sends Trump to Norilsk in the Krasnoyarsk Krai province of Russia.

Google pictures of Norilsk (or check it out on Norilsk) to see what sort of place awaits Donald Trump.

Palm Beach, it ain't.

And honestly, Norilsk proper is still probably too good of a place for Trump, so I say that Putin sends him to the outlying town of Talnakh right outside of Norilsk for good measure.

Again, check it out on Google.

Just realized that's what may have happened to Sammy the Bull. He risked his freedom, severely, by his need to parade his ego identity.

Anonymity is unpossible. He cannot keep his mouth hole shut. Putin should have figured that out before recruiting him as an asset. Unless that was part of the plan.

MBS, putin may, at any time, have a 'change of heart'. [Can't help the irony here].

World's wealthy invest in US treasury bills, for their unmatched record of safety. Exile, fugitve, lives seem to be less secure than their t bill accounts.

This is by custom, not law. But precedent is on his side for the moment. (If it was Obama, this would be entirely different, and we all know why, but I digress).

The minute he steps into Marine One as a private citizen, all bets are off. His only hope is to seek refuge like a common Julian Assange, in a "friendly" country with no extradition agreements. Maybe the Philippines will take him, or his Saudi friends. But the world will become microscopically small for him should he step down. He won't get to live out his obscene retirement in Mar a Lago. That's not on the cards.

And TBH, I wouldn't lift a finger to douse the flames if that dump was torched to the ground.

Trump will go on acting like he is the victim, and writing and selling books to his fans. Then he will sign over his business interests over to Putin before he dies.

ANY effort made to go after him. The realization that we're better off with him gone and not having to subject ourselves to a ridiculous battle about "serving justice" would be a terrible media show that would last for months on end - and you know that IQ45 would LOVE that!
No, just hope that he goes, probably taking the kids with him, spend an evening celebrating, then get about the business of fixing what he and the rest of the criminal/traitorous Repugs have destroyed.

Trump is real estate rich, not cash flow rich. His "wealth" is dependent upon US-based assets; his foreign investments are dependent upon his US wealth. He is nothing without his assets and the wealth they provide. He and his family are not going to "run". Hell, it would be an outright admission that they are all criminals.
