You know if it were up he'd be getting credit for his tax cuts causing the surge. His tax cuts did nothing for investors as this is a terrible year in every sector for investing.

(61,695 posts)up 150 pts or so. It gradually pulled back. I suspect the continued lack of resolution for a CR is the culprit, as well as perceived geopolitical instability, like having a stressed-out, narcissistic crazy fucking moron for a prez.

(11,885 posts)In protest of trump ,and won't spend until he's out of office. The American people have more than enough power to pressure him out of office for his treasonous corruption , and criminal acts against OUR country. He can't make us spend.
