If Jose Andres does not already have a Presidential Medal of Freedom or a Congressional Gold Medal a future President, Congress needs to award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom and/or a Congressional Gold Medal. This man has earned those medals. He should even be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.
