The Trump US-Mexico fence/wall covers the South part of CA,AZ,and NM and Southwest part of TX.

The Mexicans can enter the United States by swimming or boating across the Pacific Ocean to the West part of CA or by swimming or boating across the Gulf of Mexico to the Southeast part of TX. The Mexicans won't be able to enter the United States through AZ and NM.
