Trump should be in Mexico negotiating for his wall Payment.

Instead he's blaming the Democrats after saying on television..... 'I won't blame you, Chuck'.

he would sign over his properties to Mexico in exchange for them building a wall on their side of the border. I'll bet that thoughtn has never crossed his mind.
