A new Declaration for 2019

This from a friend on FB. Feel free to share it:

2019 is coming.
I feel like there needs to be a warning label.

I am for equal rights for all humans, regardless of: origin, gender, gender identity, ability, skin color, spoken language, religion, intelligence, age, social status, gps coordinates, the money in their bank account, whether or not they have a mommy and a daddy... 2 daddies... 2 mommies... 1 mommy... 1 daddy... none of the above.

that means I support:
black lives matter
trans rights
LGBT rights
women's rights
the rights of the working class
the rights of children who just want to go to school and learn
a reasonable path to citizenship
the rights of those we do not like
tax reform that stops giving breaks to the rich, and starts giving breaks to the rest of us
Health care that won't put you in the poor house
reasonable regulations... guns, environment, separation of church and state, corruption in politics, construction, education... regulations are not bad
term limits

there's more, some I will kick myself for failing to remember. Basically: the golden rule made real. if it's a human animal, it has the same rights as me, as far as I am concerned. Having said that, I have no intention of sparing the feelings of the people who are 180 degrees around on any of these topics. It's too late for debate. You're wrong, and you are tearing down the good parts of the United States of America. I don't hate you, I just can't let you continue to spread hate.

And if any of this is offensive to you, I understand. I wish you well on your journey in the other direction, even as I and the other rational human beings melt your world around you.
