the help of the media. Now he is tweeting it as the schumer shutdown and the media is making sure it is is seen. There should actually be no discussion of democratic fault when individual1 bragged that he would take responsibility for the shutdown.

having some control of the government. It seems they have to keep the storyline exciting or something so suddenly Dems are the villains. It pisses me off. This is how we got stuck with Trump in the first place.

Outside of the fox bubble (and at times even within that bubble) his temper tantrum tweets are not registering in terms of swaying public opinion.

The minute the polls showed the shutdown wasnt popular he shifted. If it was popular he'd be out there every day saying it was all him that had shut it down. He has no shame, he acts like the past didnt happen, what he said he didnt. Its S.O.P. for Trump. lie, cheat, steal, decieve, it's how he has and always will operate. We just need to hope the American people dont fall for it this time.

No matter what he said earlier about owning the shutdown, and telling Schumer he would "NOT" blame the Democrats for it. That's just what narcissists do, they won't admit they are wrong, and they won't take the blame for what the wrongs they do.

As far as the media goes, I was watching CNN a little earlier and they DID point out that trump is trying to change what he said by going back on what he said about him taking the blame, then trying to make it the Democrats shutdown, Pelosi's shutdown, and now saying it's the Schumer shutdown.

Yesterday I watched MSNBC and they also were pointing out the fact the trump was trying to shift the blame. I have been trying not to watch much news this weekend, so maybe I missed something, but to me they seem to be on top of it, and are not letting trump change the blame.
