If McConnell refuses to vote, Pelosi goes on a media blitz calling out Senators that previously voted for the same bill before Christmas break.

(16,934 posts)From the "get-go" we've been having tons of people say, "THIS IS IT - HE'S GONE!" - only to have another round of garbage/BS smack us in the face the next day! GAWD, it can drive you crazy!!!
Lesson: We cannot let up - we cannot expect someone else to "take care of it." We must GET OUT THE VOTE to get his lazy, disgusting, fat ass out of the People's House.
He's gotta' go!
We have work to do.
Do NOT assume anybody else will take care of it for you.
It is up to each and every one of us that comes on here and BITCHES about this disaster - FIGHT NOW!

(7,016 posts)They don't have Hillary to kick around. Nancy is now the goat for the sloths and sycophants in the press.
Dems need to show a united front.

(2,739 posts)The media will give more attention to the Dems who differ with her, so they will be tempted to differ so they can differentiate themselves for their voters.
Of course the media also will pay more attention to Republicans who differ with the president than to other Republicans.
The media get more eyeballs from controversy, so they feed the beast.

(2,148 posts)Turtle took a lot of Russian money. He and Don are in the same boat, and that boat is sinking. Turtle wants to keep with the distractions so he can hide his rubles, so he will cover for Don, because he knows Don is a lot closer to being exposed than he is. But not much closer.
What should be done now is to track Turtle's Russian money and expose him as a Russian agent to the people of Kentucky. Show them how he betrayed his country for Russian money, then stand back.

(1,584 posts)we will defeat him. Remember all this crap started with McConnell...first promising to work to make Obama a one-term President before he was even sworn in, not taking up legislation sponsored by the Democrats, blocking Obama from his SCOTUS appointment. When the history is written about our dark time it must begin with the darkness that McConnell ushered in to fight Obama.

(7,142 posts)that Democrats just won an historic election, an historic rebuke of Donald Trump and his policies. 9 million more people voted for Democrats the last election which is unprecedented.
Democrats have a mandate.
That's how Democrats need to talk to the press.
