A worthy 2019 social media resolution (tweet):

My social media resolution for 2019: do the words that I write reflect the person I believe myself to be (or seek to be)? Are they as thoughtful? As generous? As kind? As purposeful? That’s tough on here but this year I’m committing to matching my words to my sense of self.

"to be a better person". (as heard in a public radio blurb). Interesting, no? Not weight loss, not make more money, not exercise and eat better--no, in 1952, more people challenged themselves to become a "better person" )
