Is Michigan the first state to have two female Governors?

That thought came up while I was watching Gretchen Whitmer's inauguration, this morning. And, Jennifer Granholm, who was Attorney General, went on to become Governor, and now we have another female Attorney General, Dana Nessel.

1. No. Washington State had Dixie Lee Ray in the '70's,

Governor, Secretary of State and State Attorney General. And the House Democratic Leader Christine Greig. The Senate Democratic Leader is my state senator, Jim Ananich.
