Queen's Brian May Writes New Solo Track For Historic NASA Mission

Legendary Queen guitarist Brian May’s first new solo work in more than two decades is a song called “New Horizons.” It’s a tribute to the ongoing NASA New Horizons mission that will mark the most distant spacecraft flyby in history on January 1st, 2019.

May, who has a doctorate in astrophysics and is also a New Horizons science collaborator, was asked to write a song, as an anthem of sorts, to coincide with the flyby.
