Is the talk of "national emergency" a bluff?

I can see Trump using this to try to shake up the Democrat's position in the current negotiations.

I can also see him doing so not realizing what position he'd be in if the bluff is called.

If this comes to pass, as it likely will, Trump may feel he has no choice.

Such a narrative has become common with this joker.

do this then why shut down the gov't? Open the gov up and go ahead and try this bullshit rump.

And don't forget, Democrats will get the blame if it happens. Trump's bad behavior is always their fault somehow. It reminds me of the dynamic between abuser and wife.

he can tell his racist deplorables (all 63 million of them) that he gave it his best shot but "da deep state democrats stopped me".
